Give the gift of an exclusive culinary experience at the Omakase restaurant Mikuriya – with a voucher for a unique menu by Head Chef Atsushi Hiraoka.
“Omakase” literally means “I leave it up to you” – and this is exactly the philosophy behind the dinner at Mikuriya. In front of his guests, Chef Atsushi Hiraoka creates a multi-course Sushi-Kappo menu, using fresh ingredients such as egg, fish, and meat with the utmost precision and care. Throughout the evening, he offers insights into the finesse of Japanese cuisine while infusing each course with his creative signature.
On request, selected courses are accompanied by sake, shochu, or Japanese beer. With its subtle and pure flavour profile, sake pairs perfectly with the light and delicate style of cooking, where the original taste of the ingredients – especially in sushi – takes centre stage and seasoning is used sparingly.
Mikuriya is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm.
